She has almost 20 years of experience in the area of Executive Search and she has successfully completed a few hundred of recruitment projects for managerial positions. In addition, she has experience in such projects as Assessment/Development Centre, outplacement, as well as projects in the area of strategic consulting for international companies operating on the Polish market.
Anna has graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University and Post-Graduate Management Studies at Warsaw School of Economics. Anna is fluent in the English and the Russian language. Anna has been a certified adviser in the scope of career building and development since 2006.
Apart from her job, she is interested in political history of the 20th century and Russian literature, in particular, poetry of Russian Akmeists.
With over 5 years of experience in Human Resources and business process support. During that time she has successfully realized several dozens of recruitment projects for managerial and highly specialized positions.
Justyna graduated from the Faculty of Psychology at University of Warsaw. She is fluent in English and Indonesian.
She participated in and successfully completed Exteded DISC certification training in 2018. Extended DISC is a package of tools which enable the diagnosis of the organization, teams and individual talents and employee’s predispositions and is becoming increasingly popular in big corporations.
Privately, she is interested in photograhy, ethlogy, evolutionary psychology and contemporary literature.
